It consists in evaluating, during screening phase, the bioavailability of your compounds in order to have supplementary criteria of leads selection.

Indeed, 40% of the molecules are stopped in development phase due to a low level of bioavailability.

Blood Brain Barrier permeability test

Based on the same protocol, we can study the blood brain barrier permeability.

Homogenised brains are analysed with the same method. Ratios between plasma concentration and brain concentration are studied.

MICROSOMAL STABILITY

This test allows you to study the stability of your compound in presence of microsomes by measuring the level of the unchanged molecule.
